We ship same day in most cases 24 hours at the latest Tracking info will be e-mailed Orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. Some carriers do not update the tracking info right away. Expedited shipping is available – choose your option Free Shipping – if available will be offered as an option before completing your order. You must select free shipping to be eligible.

Your Security – We do not receive or store or share your credit card information on our site, server or any other place within or outside of our company. Although you enter the payment information on Shop Serengeti tea, all credit card transactions, as well as PayPal payments are sent directly to and processed by PayPal.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please contact us via e-mail or phone to arrange the return or exchange. In most cases we will refund the full amount and the shipping cost of the items being returned.
